I’d been searching for a German Shepherd puppy for over a year. I found several puppies but not what I wanted. One night I was ready to give up. But, I decided to just check one more website before giving up. When Rock of Ages’s website’s home page appeared, I saw MY puppy’s picture. I knew at first sight I had to have him. I spoke with Lori Berg about him and he was still available. So, I immediately put an online deposit on him to have him held for me till I could make arrangements to get to the Chicago area. Lori was very nice, patient with my questions and honest about her dogs and the puppy. I got my dream puppy after a 11 hour drive in a bad winter storm and was thrilled with the puppy when I got to meet him. He’s now 15 months old and is everything I wanted in a companion. Rock of Ages was easy to contact, easy to make a deposit transaction and truthful about the puppy that I saw in the online photograph. I got the puppy I wanted and wouldn’t hesitate to add another from Rock of Ages if I was in the market for another dog now. I feel that they are truthful, knowledgeable and have dogs strong in mind and sound in structure and spirit.

She is doing so well. A couple accidents in the house but she is learning. She sits and waits to cross the street and also sits and waits in front of the door when it’s time to go outside. Ya Lori he is very protective!! No one can get near my door without that hair spiking up on his back and barking like crazy!! I love it. Then when I get him or he sees that he knows that person, he calms down pretty quick. But just being 6 months old, people are already scared of him. I am excited to see how big he gets!!

I’m just writing to let you guys know I did make it back fine and to also thank you for the boot camp, it was very educational. I will definitely recommend you to anyone in need of a dog trainer I’ve completely stopped the “baby talk” with Doobie! He is walking on the leash great so now I don’t mind taking him on walks every day. Other than that things are much more pleasant around the house and I’ve noticed Doobie hasn’t been whining as much as usual since we got back from bootcamp training as well. Maybe he understands his spoiled days are over! But thank you again

Hello Lori, my house has turned into a mad house! But I’m loving every minute of it! I named my boy Peppers, after my favorite Carolina Panther football player. Really enjoying Peppers so far. Seems to be very intelligent, and high strung. My kind of dog. I believe peppers and Ripley are going to wear the carpet out, running and wrestling all the time. Very pleased with the pup.
